Getting clean production sound on location – primarily dialogue — is hard enough. You don’t need some territorial animal wreaking more havoc on an already nearly impossible task.
Listen to the segment below as the bird waits patiently until the actor speaks to interject. Damn.

UPDATE: While relaxing over the Memorial Day weekend at the MadCity Olbricht Gardens, a rather nasty red-winged blackbird swooped down and attacked me. Coincidence? I don’t think so.

Remember that while on the set, this is how birds protest when they don’t get paid union wages.
Yeah the students should have had a SAG indie contract on the set.
