We are sooo self-referential
I’ve been very busy finishing up the audio post-production on Small Days with its killer deadline. In the course of the work, I ran across a cutaway of a show on the TV running in the background of the main story. The clip on the TV is from another movie I did with Small Days’ director, Stan Harrington. The film is our award-winning El Percanse Perfecto.
It’s funny because on the recently completed Scott’s Dead film I used the Spanish-language soundtrack from Perfecto to play in the background during scenes in an apartment’s hallway.
Being self-referential is a lot of fun in the way that insider jokes are. Don’t you agree?
